Welcome to UpSaathi. By downloading, accessing, or using the UpSaathi mobile application (the "App") operated by SkillarCode E-Learning, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of the Platform (Information Directory Only)

UpSaathi operates strictly as a free digital directory and information provider. Our sole purpose is to bridge the communication gap between users seeking local services and independent local service providers.

  • How it works: When a user initiates an inquiry (via Call/Chat/Inquiry button), they are connected to the UpSaathi support team, who then provides the direct contact information of an available local service provider.
  • No Agency: UpSaathi does not employ, hire, or manage the service providers listed on the App. We are not an agency, contractor, or employer.

2. 100% Free Service & No Financial Involvement

  • UpSaathi is a completely free platform for users. We do not charge any commission, booking fee, or service fee.
  • UpSaathi does not process, manage, or interfere with any payments. All financial transactions, negotiations, and pricing are strictly between the User and the Service Provider.

3. Zero Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties (Important)

While UpSaathi makes genuine efforts to list experienced and local service providers, we do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the quality, safety, legality, background, or character of any service provider.

  • Use at Your Own Risk: Hiring and interacting with a service provider is entirely at the User's own risk. Users are strongly advised to exercise caution and do their own due diligence before hiring or allowing any provider into their home.
  • No Dispute Resolution: UpSaathi will not mediate, intervene, or be held legally or financially responsible for any disputes, damages, incomplete work, behavioral issues, or financial losses arising between the User and the Service Provider.

4. User and Provider Independence

Once UpSaathi provides the contact information to the User, our role is 100% complete. We do not track, monitor, or supervise the actual physical service or the interaction that happens offline.

5. Intellectual Property

SkillarCode E-Learning retains all intellectual property rights in the App, including its code, design, trademarks, service marks, logos, and branding. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
